Our final week has arrived in and we'll be baking a new favourite, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, and they are sooooooo Delicious!!!
These cookies are super thick with a good crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside. A perfectly sweet 'n' salty treat filled with creamy, roasted, salted macadamia nuts and made double-y intense with rich white chocolate chips... these cookies are no joke!!

Week two in and is making super yummy, summer !!
These biscuits are soft and fluffy in the middle, crisp around the edges and they Melt. In. Your. Mouth! Made with a sweet, cream cheese dough, they are rolled in toasted almonds and filled with a generous helping of homemade apricot jam! Sooooo delicious, and go perfectly with a morning coffee!
