Story time!
So i got this order last month and the day of the pick up i was not well! I have plantar fasciitis and its a struggle somedays with the nerve damage to even stand or walk and it was one of those days. I went for my physio session to get some relief but nothing seemed to work . Bottom line I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THE ORDER! 🤦‍♀️
So at around 5ish i got a message from my lovely client said that they will pick up the cake at 6. I requested if she can around 6.30 and she agreed. Believe me i did this cake from scratch, Baking, making SMB, frosting and the topper to the fondant accents in less than 2 hours while limping all the time. My client was so sweet as when i requested to pick up 15 mins after she agreed. And her father actually waited outside in the car for 15 mins as he was early. But i have to say this came out pretty well given the fact that it was done in less than 2 hours and the Groom to be and rest of the group loved the cake!
A big thanks to my amazing clients to be so much patient and kind! May God bless them always!
