Hi Lovelies π
It has been such a long time and I have missed all of you, I have missed making cakes and I have missed sharing my work, immensely. Many people have asked me over the last 3 years βwhereβs Bowtie?β, βAre you still making cakes?β, βYou disappeared, where did you go?β and truth be told I dreaded answering all of those questions.
The last 3 years have been transformative for me, not to mention 2020 that just passed by! I reflected on the things in my life that were holding me back, the things in my life that were no longer fulfilling me and the things in my life that I was no longer learning from. I hold a very special place in my heart β€οΈ for Bowtie and for all of you but the last in the last few years I understood the type of life I want to create and I learned what I want the next steps in my journey to look like. With that, I needed to take a step back from Bowtie and from the cake world. In that time, I started a career in brand management, I completed my MBA, I found wonderful new hobbies, I met so many amazing people who have become a huge part of my life and I found the time to rekindle precious relationships, all while still baking the things that bring me joy (swipe ππΌ to see!)
All of that has brought me to this place where I say goodbye to Bowtie ππ½. This is not a goodbye to all of you but rather to Bowtie itself. Bowtie could not have become what it did without all of you, my wonderful clients, the amazing wedding vendors I had the privilege to meet, the many baking sisters I met, and my loved ones who supported along the way - thank you all ππ½β€οΈ
This is not a goodbye to all of you amazing people. You will hear from me, Neha, again, in some capacity or another.
Happy Monday Loves and Happy 2021 π
Until next time
The former Miss. Bowtie π
