It’s Robbie Burns Day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✨

​We’re channeling our inner Scottish poets today at the Cape Breton Oatcake Society. While everyone talks about the haggis, we all know the real star of the platter is a solid, traditional oatcake. Whether you're topping them with a sharp cheddar or using them to scoop up the neeps and tatties, it’s just not a proper Burns Supper without that crunch.

​Before the festivities truly begin, we’d like to offer a traditional toast to all of you:

​"May the best ye’ve ever seen be the worst ye’ll ever see. May a moose ne’er leave yer larder wi’ a tear drop in its ee. May ye aye keep hale and hearty till ye’r auld enough tae dee. May ye aye be just as happy as I wish ye aye tae be!" 🥃
