I've been designing and decorating cakes since I was a teen living in Alliston, Ontario. I was the lead cake decorator at Sobey's, and our clients would always ask for cool designs for cakes, so I took it upon myself to make the most artistic cakes in town. My passion for cake artistry is something that has always been a part of me. I'm self taught, and practiced on every friend and family member

I could think, for every occasion you can imagine, in order to hone my skills, including fondant, sculpting, baking, and all the fine details and little bits in-between. Now it is time for me to share my pieces of art with you and yours, so that your special moments can have the same effect and feeling that these cakes have had on my family, friends, and clients.
