Each layer is enveloped in rich, silky chocolate buttercream, creating the perfect contrast between the lightness of the sponge, the fragrant pineapple filling and deep chocolate richness.

Finished with rustic chocolate buttercream textures and an abundance of vibrant carnations, this cake is as beautiful as it is delicious. 🌺

Who is ready to get back for school? September means cooler evenings, getting the sweaters out and in my case getting ready for Christmas but first lets get past the first few weeks of getting back to school and back to routine and usual programming!

All decorations were hand made with fondant . The Ark made with rice crispy treats and covered in fondant which was also quite heavy!
