The first one is a Gingerbread Cheesecake and the cost is $40.

The second one is a Baileys, Eggnog and Caramel cheesecake and the cost is $45.

This cheesecake is sure to have you fighting off the family for the last slice!! Simple but packed with Apple flavour. We used homemade Apple butter for the top of this cake and it’s the perfect combination of cheesecake and Nan’s homemade Apple pie. Comfort food that brings you back to your childhood memories gaurenteed!!

Cheesecake is 9”
Cost: $40

Apple butter does not contain any butter. It is a bit thicker than a jam but a lot tastier than Apple sauce. It can be used to add flavour to so many things. You can spread it on toast, use it in oatmeal, put it over ice cream and we even marinated our pork chops in it last week!!
The possibilities are endless.

Well folks fall is upon us now, it won’t be long before Thanksgiving creeps up on us. Let face it the holidays are just so busy and we all find ourselves wishing we had someone to take something off our lists. Let us help with you by preparing your holiday dessert this year.

I don’t know about you but I can hear the singing of the Cookie Monster in this picture…C is for cookie that’s good enough for me, cookie, cookie, cookie. Lol.

This cake is a double stacked 6” but can be made in a 4” smash cake for baby’s first birthday, or a 8” for a larger crowd.
