This is the first out the the six merienda(snack) pack.

Its enjoyed either hot or room temperature. It is a coconut corn pudding with latik (type of syrup).

As a kid, I would stuffed this in between a pandesal or monay and eat it like a sandwich.

So i was like what the heck stuff it in between our donuts. Here is the result.
