Anyone who knows me, knows I love baking and last year, after visiting some adorable bake shops, I fell in love with a light and delicious cookie called a macaron. After my trip to Europe in 2015, I fell even more in love with this french cookie and so, from the beginning of 2016, I set out to try and bake them. I'm self taught and have had my fair share of issues, but the constant throughout is t

hat I try to make my each flavour I bake delicious. To stop myself from eating them all, I've recently started to sell them, giving me a reason to get more creative with my flavours and also give me an outlet, since it's something that I really enjoy doing.
