When I began making sourdough, it was my goal to create products that were made of the most basic ingredients.
Stella Roane sourdough English Muffins are just that; sourdough starter, water, flour and salt. No added eggs, milk or sugar.
This has been an important part of my sourdough and it will remain this way. I am diabetic and I am tired of everything having added sugar. I will never add sugar to any of my products and that is something I will always stick to.
Even when I do, one day, produce a sweet product, it will be with no sugar added.
If this is also important to you, please follow along because one day soon, I will be launching a very popular sweet product with no sugar added. (Yes there will be replacements)
