Online ordering for Stella Roane has gone live!

If you haven’t signed up for notifications, please follow the link below and tap the little bell in the top right corner so you don’t miss out.

We have changed things up a little. There will now only be two bake/pick-up days.

Tuesdays and Fridays only.

We have provided enough different dates so that you have ample time to get your orders in. We will keep adding dates as time goes on. This means that you can easily order in advance!

This is exactly the kind of problem I want!
I never thought I would take the leap from the office to the bakery but here we are. This is now my livelihood and I am so incredibly scared but also incredibly excited to put the work in.
Thank you to those of you who are already loyal customers and welcome to all the new ones who have yet to discover Stella Roane sourdough! If you’re seeing this on any platform other than the book of faces, please be sure to follow me there as that is the home base for my micro bakery.

We will be on pause starting Saturday, August 29th - August 31, as we lay our beloved father to rest.

We can take orders tonight and tomorrow until 12pm, August 27th for pickup on Friday, August 28th.

When I began making sourdough, it was my goal to create products that were made of the most basic ingredients.
Stella Roane sourdough English Muffins are just that; sourdough starter, water, flour and salt. No added eggs, milk or sugar.
This has been an important part of my sourdough and it will remain this way. I am diabetic and I am tired of everything having added sugar. I will never add sugar to any of my products and that is something I will always stick to.
Even when I do, one day, produce a sweet product, it will be with no sugar added.
If this is also important to you, please follow along because one day soon, I will be launching a very popular sweet product with no sugar added. (Yes there will be replacements)
