Here is a little bit about us: My mother, Sheila, is a skilled and passionate professional baker with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She has mastered the art of creating everything from artisan bread and delicate pastries to beautifully decorated cakes and cookies. Her attention to detail, dedication to using the finest ingredients, and love for her craft set her apart. Whether sheโs designing custom cakes for special occasions or perfecting the flakiest croissants, her baked goods are always a treat for the senses. Her reputation for excellence and commitment to her customers make her a true expert in the world of baking.
Growing up, I was lucky to have Sheila as both a mother and a mentor in the kitchen. She introduced me to the magic of baking at a young age, letting me measure flour, crack eggs, and stir batter long before I fully understood the science behind it all.
