A very big thank you to everyone who came to the grand opening today. A special thanks to TaraLynn Cronin, Economic Developement Officer for The Municipality of Huron East, and her wonderful team, who sponsored today's event, and also to Tina Heathers of Huron Community Futures who is my business coach and mentor, who's time and energy and patience with me, made this all possible. TaraLynn and Tina, without the both of you in my corner, my dream would have just remained an idea in my mind. Im grateful for everything you and your teams of people have done for me. Hello everyone.
Tomorrow is a big day for Valletta Maltese Bakery. The Municipality Of Huron East is hosting a grand opening for us. The ribbon cutting ceremony is at 11 AM. There will be food sampling as well as the joy of meeting all of you. Hope to see many of you tomorrow. Have a great day.

We will be closed on Sunday, August 30th to go see my dad as he is in failing health and declining rapidly. I dont know how much time he has left. We will re-open the following day, Monday, August 31st @ 6 AM. Thank you for your understanding.

We are serving breakfast starting at 6AM every weekday, Mon to Fri. We have a wonderful breakfast of 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, or 3 sausages, hashbrowns(with fried onions if you like), 2 toast with butter and Folgers coffee with free refills.

I've been asked by numerous people if I serve a traditional breakfast. There is no place in Seaforth that does this, nor is there any place that opens before 11am, except Tim Horton's. So starting next Monday, August 17, I will be serving bacon, eggs, homefries, sausages, and toast. I open the door at 6am. I will get your morning started with a hearty breakfast!
