We have been working on our festival dessert for this year!
Instead of Boston Cream we thought we would change it up a bit. Cinnamon sponge cake, chocolate pastry cream, Swiss meringue buttercream, all topped with pink mirror glaze. Prototype today is half price as it does need a little more work

This is not our plain ol' chicken sandwich!!!

Yesterday we started our focaccia so we could make you a special sandwich with it. We added black olives to add a little bit extra! We made bruschetta and added it to rotisserie chicken topped with cheese and mixed lettuce. Drizzled a little olive oil and there you have it! 10.95

We are making molasses cookies now

What a difference a day makes :) Well two days. Not sure if you can park but it looks like it. Just in time for you to stop in for a coffee and scone or muffin. This morning I made lemon poppyseed muffins, blueberry crumble muffins, blueberry scones, and peach scones. We also just took some red velvet cookies out of the oven.
