I just had a customer cancel ... I broke my rule of "no cake goes in the oven without payment " because I have worked with this customer multiple times in the past so when she asked to pay today, I agreed. ... it's a long story but I told her it would be ready Friday evening. She said perfect. This afternoon I went to find out what time this evening she wanted to pick up to see she had messaged me that she wanted to pick up 2:30/3 I let her know I wasn't sure I'd be ready that early but I would try and message her when I was done ... I rushed and got it ready for 2:15 and sent her a message with a pic of the cake ... and she ghosted me...
I am just looking to recoup some cost.
