This October marks 10 years since I started this journey… ❤️
Looking back at all these memories makes me emotional because behind every beautiful table, every detail, every celebration, and every finished event, there is so much that you don’t see.
The sleepless nights.
The stress.
The mistakes that became lessons.
The moments I doubted myself.
The family events I couldn’t attend.
The weekends and holidays I gave up.
The exhaustion behind the beautiful final result.
It hasn’t always been easy. There were hard times, mistakes, disappointments, and moments when I wondered if I could keep going. But every experience taught me something. I learned, I grew, and I kept going.
And I truly could not have made it this far without my beautiful clients. ❤️
Every booking, every recommendation, every person who came back again, every kind message, and every time you trusted me with your special moments helped me build what Elenka Catering is today.
You usually see the beautiful side of my work. But when I look at these memories, I see so much more. I see 10 years of sacrifice, passion, growth, hard work, and a dream that I refused to give up on.
I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And most importantly, I’m still grateful.
