Did you know we make all of our soups from scratch? Our broths and stocks are made by us using a slow cooking process to enhance flavour and bring you a satisfying bowl each time.

Featured this week two of our rotating soups:
✅Broccoli and Cheddar Soup - this is a vegetarian soup made with our vegetable broth. It is creamy and rich. It has spices in it that give it a bit of a punch. It is definitely a soup that makes me want to lick the bowl clean.

✅ Wild Rice and Turkey - this hearty soup is made using a turkey bone broth that is slow cooked over several hours. It contains bright colours from the carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Lots of fresh herbs are added to this soup which releases a delicious aroma giving you satisfaction before the first bite.

These soups are available at the Northside Market & More on Rochdale this week. Each week we will be featuring new soups on our rotating menu. We look forward to sharing with you!

In case you missed our incredibly awkward Facebook Live we have some news!

We have partnered with Northside Market & More to sell our soups and breads at their store! We are excited to collaborate with local businesses.

We will be offering two types of soups and two types of breads per week. This week we have:

Hey folks!

We have an update! We are changing the way we are doing some things here at the Cast Iron Soul kitchen so therefore we will not be offering a weekly menu this week. Later this week we will make a big announcement about our products, (Hint Hint we are partnering with a local company in Regina!)

As a business we are very young and are still trying to find out the best fit for our clients, our community, and ourselves. We are so thankful for all the support you have given us the past few months as we kick this thing off the ground. Please stay tuned to our social media as you will find we are really heating things up!
