I got scammed! If you're a food truck or hand crafted goods vendor beware of scammers posing as the Fall Into Christmas Handcrafted Market. It was very professional, had an application form to fill out and the fake organizer answered all of my questions. I'm assuming it was AI assisted fraud. Fortunately my bank flagged the etransfer for the fake vendor fee and I'm not out any money. However, I 100% could see other people falling for this.

I reached out to the real organizers and they will only contact you through a signatures.ca email address. Anything with a Gmail or Outlook email address will be fraudulent. To actually attend the event you need to apply by going to their website and filling out the proper application.

Please spread the word, I imagine a lot of people got an email just like I did.

I'm doing events now! I've got two* lined up.

- Aug 22nd - Plastic Free BBQ and Sustainability Market, Police Point Park

- Sep 26th - Redcliff Fall Festival, Lion's Park

I've had to turn down so many requests for fun events this summer. I'm really glad my work schedule has lined up that I can attend a few. I'm expecting to be able to attend more next year. For those that are curious, I am very open to events like weddings, sporting events, races or other functions. I can't promise I'll be available, but I do think it'd be fun.

Family Foods 9-6
This is a cup of black drip coffee, freshly brewed. It took me way longer than it should have to fix and figure everything out to make a tasty cup of black drip coffee...but it's done. Mission accomplished. I'm going to sit here and drink this delicious cup of coffee and you're all welcome to join me!

The Pale Raven does not fly today. Due to self inflicted mechanical issues I'm down for maintenance. New parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow and I expect to be operational again on Sunday!
