This is my first time making Kwarktaart and it's also my first time trying it!! It is delicious 😋 I made it with Quark from Markhoeve Dairy Farm!
What is quark you ask??? It is a dutch creamy, mild cheese. Sort of a cross between Greek Yogurt and cream cheese.
Markhoave Dairy Farm makes Quark in a few flavours. Maple, Blueberry and Regular.

Join us at the Port Rowan Market today or The Art on the Farm Market tomorrow, in front of the Cider Keg Farm, to sample freshly made Oliebollens and make it a Canadian tradition every day. Also try the cinnamon buns, carefully prepared with milk from Markhoeve Dairy Farm and maple syrup from The Hodi Family Farm.

This Friday at the Port Rowan Market I will have Maple Sticky buns with Maply Syrup supplied by Ben Hodi from Hodi Farm in Walsingham. I will also have my cinnamon buns which sold out pretty fast last week so come early or preorder and I will have them ready for pick up at the Market. I will also have Oliebollens which are selling out every week. You can also preorder Oliebollens. Send a private message, please preorder by Wednesday evening.

Another successful sell-out at Port Rowan Market yesterday. Thank you, Port Rowan. Our appreciation also goes to Ben Hodi and Hodi Family Farm for the Maple Syrup. Given their popularity, we will continue to feature Oliebollens on our menu.

We appreciate everyone who visited the Market yesterday, as it was a sell-out event. International Donut Day was evidently a draw for donut enthusiasts. The first summer Market exceeded expectations and was a huge success. Today, Oliebollens and French Crullers will be available for purchase at the Villages garage sale. 🍩 👍🎉👌💕😊
