One of my most favourite things in the world is to see people happy, smiling, enjoying my creations! I have been baking for quite some time now, always willing and wanting to try new recipes and exciting ideas! Just over a decade ago I was finally diagnosed with a wheat allergy I had for more than 8 years prior to that: what a relief it was to finally have that sorted out! Some people may think, "it must really suck to have a wheat allergy!", I say, No way! It has given me the opportunity to learn a whole new side to baking. It is definitely a whole new science in itself. I am always looking for new challenges, and I strive to emphasize that gluten free can be awesome too! Which I demonstrate often with my baked goods. I want to take away that stigma of gluten free baking being dry, rock hard or tasteless. It can be done right!
