By popular demand, biscuit orders are open!

6 bucks for half a dozen.

Pricing explanation: I use only real butter, milk and cheddar cheese in my biscuits. If you’ve been to a grocery store lately, you will understand that these things are expensive!
It’s costs almost as much to make these as it does for you to buy them! But I enjoy making them, and knowing that people enjoy them.

Send me a message directly to confirm your orders. Pick up or delivery will be done on Sunday afternoon!

Back and better than ever, with a proper name.

I tweaked and tested this recipe for so long before settling on a variation worthy of sharing with the world.

This batch came out of the oven, and got Mr. Ferguson’s instant seal of approval. So I’m calling it a win. 🥇

Introducing the elusive, Sweet Cheddar Cloud biscuit. With just a hint of sweetness to give it that tea biscuit flavour you crave. Made with real butter and old cheddar. These literally melt when you pull them apart. 🧀
