Raspberry White Chocolate Almond Squares

The flavour takes me back to my grandma’s baking. She always made these delicious red and green squares. They had a raspberry jam and almond flavouring. Though this recipe isn’t them, the taste is very similar!

While making this dessert I thought that I added a lot of raspberry compote, however after baking it disappeared. So next time, add triple the amount. It will be fine!

Upside Down Caramel Banana Bread
With caramelized bananas

Delicious served warmed!

Perfect alternative to a traditional banana bread and highly recommend trying it!! If I had of been more prepared I would’ve stopped to pick up ice cream before baking.

When you haven’t had a chance to bake but you have a sweet tooth.. You consult the freezer stash and see what you crave.

The loaded Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies called for me. They freeze nicely and bake up fresh. Next time I will be making these with chunky peanut butter, they could use a little crunch to make them even better!!

Honey Buns

These taste great but more like a fritter without the apples. I should’ve omitted the cinnamon from the recipe like I originally planned to do.

Definitely will be trying these again soon. Next time I’ll make them thinner as well to help with frying time.
