Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Crumble Cups.

Decided to try another flavour, same recipe...

Lemon Blueberry is now the top contender! The juicy blueberries are really the main feature for this one.

I really love the crumble crust and topping.. I may have to try one more flavor before we move on to something different..

Strawberry Cheesecake Crumble Bars

Strawberry was requested so we had to give it a try. These are 10/10 and preferred over the Raspberry. Next time I think I may double the amount of strawberries.
