Quite literally a mom and pop shop, full of creators and adventurers; seeking our thrills by pushing the traditional Finnish munkki to its limits. Meet our Twice-Baked Almond. Split and filled with almond cream, topped with more almond cream and sliced almonds, then baked until golden. A little icing sugar to finish.

Soft in the middle. Crisp on top. Very good company for your coffee. ☕️ tomorrow and only at our St. Laurent location. That’s our actual doughnut, photographed by us 😊 We used Pixelcut to swap the background for a blackboard and added the lettering. The doughnut itself hasn’t been altered—our bakers get all the credit for that! 😚

There’s a lot happening behind the doughnuts. We’re looking for someone to help us tell those stories.

Suzy Q is hiring a full-time Content Creator & Social Media Specialist in Ottawa.

You’ll capture the early mornings, the dough being rolled, the first dip into glaze, the people behind the counter—and that new flavour everyone needs to know about.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Takes beautiful photos and makes engaging short videos
• Can shoot, edit, write captions, and bring an idea through to a finished post
• Enjoys working with people and finding stories in everyday moments
• Is organized, reliable, and full of ideas
• Loves food and understands what makes a neighbourhood shop special

You’ll work closely with our founder and team to plan content, manage our social channels, and support seasonal launches, events, and catering.

📍 Ottawa, with regular time in our shops and kitchen
🍩 Full-time
💛 $55,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience

We roast the turkeys. 🦃

THANKSGIVING DINNER, WRAPPED IN A CROISSANT. 🦃🥐

We roast the turkey. We make the stock. We turn that stock into gravy. We make our stuffing with pork sausage, herbs and breadcrumbs made from our own bread.

And then there’s the croissant.

We laminate the dough with sage, thyme and parsley compound butter so the croissant itself tastes like stuffing, then wrap it around roast turkey, stuffing and gravy and bake it until deeply golden.

Served with cranberry sauce on the side, obviously.
