A little about me, the baker; I am from the land of amazing cakes that is England. I have been baking Free From speciality cakes for many many years now and use to have a small business selling my cakes to local businesses back in the small town I was from in the UK. I have spent many a hours adapting and perfecting my recipes to the sacrifice of my neighbours and friend's waist lines. 😊 I can replicate most cakes to a Free From option.

As for my cheesecakes, it comes from a personal liking for baked cheesecakes. My recipes once again have taken many hours and many a very full tummies to perfect so why don't you try a slice or two maybe and tell me what you think. Unfortunately these are not a Free From option.
