Hey friends 💛

I’m really sad to have to make this post, but I’ve decided that I’ll be taking a break from having the stand open for a little while.

Unfortunately, the honour system has been taken advantage of, and I’ve had items taken from the stand without being paid for a few times now. I absolutely love baking for this little community, and I’m so incredibly grateful for the many amazing people who continuously support Dough Darlin’ and have always been honest and respectful. 💗🥹

I put a lot of time, love, ingredients and work into everything I make, so it’s really disappointing that a few people have made it difficult to continue operating the stand the way I have been.

This isn’t goodbye! I’ll just be taking some time to figure out the best way to move forward so I can continue sharing my baking with you without having to worry about things being taken.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me, stopped by the stand, shared my posts, placed orders and continued to cheer me on. It truly means more to me than you know. 💛

Hopefully Dough Darlin’ will be back soon — just maybe looking a little different.

I’ve been wanting to add something a little different to the stand, and I’m so excited about this one 🤎

New this week is my Maple Cranberry Pecan Sourdough Granola 🍁

It’s made with rolled oats, sourdough discard, pure maple syrup, pecans, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cinnamon and nutmeg, and it turned out so crunchy and cozy-tasting.

I love it with yogurt and fruit, but it’s also really good with milk or honestly just straight from the bag 😂

Each bag is 250 g / 8.8 oz, $8, and best enjoyed within 14 days for the best crunch and freshness.

I hope you guys love this one as much as I do 💛 It’ll be at the stand this week!

Hey friends! 💛

I won’t have the stand open this weekend — life has been SO busy lately and we have renovations happening inside and outside of the house! 😅

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a sourdough preorder pickup for Sunday instead! 🍞

If you’d like to order, just send me a DM before tomorrow at 5 PM and I’ll have it ready for Sunday pickup. 💗

Thank you all so much for continuing to support me, even when life gets a little crazy! After the next couple of weekends, things should calm down around here and the stand will be stocked regularly again. 💛

Also, just a little shout out to some kiddos down the street, they have so kindly set up a lemonade stand to help with the warm days! Don’t forget to stop by and show them the love you’ve so greatly showed us!

This is just a reminder that I will only be putting out a handful of sourdough loaves! The rest will be stocked up with cookies, muffins, cinnamon buns, and focaccia!
