It only felt right to celebrate the two beautiful souls behind our business name sakes today.

Chelsea — my daughter.
Rose — my mom.

My mom has since passed, but her love, warmth, and memory continue to live on through so much of what I create and hold close.

This little business carries pieces of both of them, The one who shaped me, and one I now get to shape memories with every day.

To everyone celebrating with their moms, missing their moms, becoming moms, or carrying memories of them this weekend — Chelsea and Rose are sending love your way.

A little pause to rest, reset, and get organized behind the scenes 🤍

Thank you so much for all of the love and support these past few months. Between wholesale growth, recipe testing, and life lately, I’m taking a few days to recharge and refine a few things so I can come back stronger (and with even better bakes 👀).

✨ Public orders will resume May 16th ✨

Sourdough isn’t just for bread… 🍪

These 12-hour fermented milk chocolate sourdough cookies are soft in the center, lightly crisp on the edges, and packed with creamy milk chocolate.

Slow fermentation creates that deep, rich flavour you just can’t get from regular cookies.

They’ll be featured in our March Break Cookie Box — baked in small batches with real ingredients.

Flour in the air, sunlight in the kitchen, and another week of sourdough underway.

At Chelsea & Rose, every loaf begins the same way — slow fermentation, simple ingredients, and time. No commercial yeast. No shortcuts. Just organic flour, alkaline water, and Redmond’s Real Salt working together to create bread that’s deeply flavourful and easier to digest.

Each loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked in small batches right here in Bronte.

Weekly Orders Are Open 🍞✨

Fresh sourdough, slow fermented and baked in small batches.

This week’s featured loaves:

🌾 Classic Country Sourdough – golden crust, soft open crumb,

🌿 Jalapeño & Cheddar – a little heat, a little sharpness, wildly good with soups or grilled cheese.

🌾 Einkorn Heritage Loaf – nutty, wholesome, easier to digest, and deeply satisfying. (delicious toasted with grass fed butter and raw honey.)

All made with pure ingredients.
No commercial yeast. No additives. Just time and intention.
