Never not baking! These are our chocolate chip muffins ready to make their debut. Some exciting changes will be coming to the bakery. We are going to a release our set menu. Including these muffins, cookies and of course our bread and scones. We will also always have seasonal items. Watch for our Motherā€™s Day menu launching soon. We couldnā€™t do this without you guys. Thank you so much for supporting our micro-gluten-free bakery. It has been such a fun journey.

Want to know the secret to how we get good tasting gluten-free baked goods? It isnā€™t a mystery substitute or a mystery additive. In fact, itā€™s the exact opposite. Gluten-free food often misses the mark with a tendency to over process. We donā€™t skimp on real butter, vanilla extract, milk or coconut oil. All of our baked goods are fresh and include whole-foods!

Our holiday lists tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend getting your request in early to ensure your Easter brunch is fully stocked!

The Details:

Order Deadline: Tuesday, March 31st (or until our oven capacity is reached).

Pickup Day: Thursday, April 2nd.

This weekā€™s menu are the staples that make a quiet March morning feel a little more intentional and a lot more delicious.

On the Counter This Week:

The Rustic Loaf: Our signature six-ingredient boule. The foundation of any good weekend toast.

Cottage Scones (Package of 4): Perfect for a slow breakfast or a mid-afternoon tea break.

Chocolate Chip Cookies: Available by the Half-Dozen or Full-Dozen.

Whether youā€™re planning a quiet morning tea or a grand romantic finale, we have created a collection designed to impress. Every item is baked entirely fresh to order in our cottage kitchen never frozen.

The Valentine's Menu:

Chocolate Ganache Cake: A rich, velvety masterpiece topped with silken ganache. Available in a Mini (for a solo treat) or a Larger Shareable (if you're feeling generous).

Signature Sugar Cookies: Buttery, delicate, and perfectly sweet.

Classic Cottage Scones: Because a Valentine's breakfast in bed is always a good idea.

We are still leaning into the brightness of citrus season this week with a deliberate, slightly lighter menu as we prepare for our special Valentineā€™s menu in a couple of weeks.

Sonjaā€™s Meyer lemon tree has finally been giving lemons! We are putting that sunshine to good use. This week is all about sustaining morale during the Niagara snow days with treats that feel both comforting and bright.

Available for order this week:

Traditional English Scones: Best for snow-days! Best served warm with a thick dollop of cream and jam.

Meyer Lemon Thumbprint Cookies
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins with a light streusel.
These are perfect for the morale needed during a snow-day.
