It’s been a while since I’ve posted… there’s been no baking as my kitchen has been under renovation but this morning my first batch of cookies is going in my brand new Jennair range!! The cabinet door and drawer fronts are not on yet and backsplash has been ordered but the appliances are in and we’re living each of them!!

This is my first test of the oven with my salted caramel cc cookies!! Testing convection, baking time, shelf position.. and results when baking multiple trays.

Middle layer includes homemade rhubarb jam witt rhubarb from my garden, macerated strawberries and freshly whipped cream. Garnished with strawberries and chocolate scripts ❤️Happy Birthday Mom🥰🥰🥰
