Cynthia & Katia are actually first cousins, but more like sisters. They brought together this inseparable foursome and founded Silo & Filo in 2016. They believe that one of the most important things in delivering a top quality product is the time, energy and love invested producing the product. And what better way to do so than with Pav’s very own family olive grove? His family has been producing olive oil from their orchards for hundreds of years in the Peloponnese region of Greece. The olives are hand picked, and then cold-pressed within 24 hours of the harvest to get the best quality oil. Silo & Filo takes pride in supporting hard workers who focus solely on their in-depth know how from traditions passed on from generation to generation.
