Seed to Table: Botanical Cooking with harar v.a.hall of SweetHart is a workshop designed to encourage gardeners (new or experienced) to experiment with and build recipes from small harvests.

Tuesday March 31st
7-9pm
1221 Rue Crescent

Workshop attendees will leave with a seedling and samples of varying botanical jams, butters and personalised recipes to carry with them into the 2026 growing season.

Here are two easy combos for making the perfect toast every time...no matter what you have in your fridge!

1) Sweet seasonal fruit + creamy base + savory/spicy jam + cooling herb or veggie + acidity
2) Savoury seasonal veggie / fruit + creamy base + sweet jam + crisp herb or veggie + acidity

In the picture I've got a skillet toasted sourdough topped with tzatzki, apple slices, sour cherry and plum chutney, lemon balm, kosher salt and edible flowers.
