Another version of the fruit tart I made a while ago! This time around, I used wild berries and all locally produced fruits from Québec! The crust is a pâte sablée aux amandes, filled with crème pâtissière. I finished off the decoration with some mint and a strawberry plant flower from my garden 🌺

I’ve been having soo many chocolate cake orders, so I decided I wanted to try this fruit cake. It was SUPER light and delicious, made with strawberries and peaches. The cake vanilla, and it’s super light since I used a meringue to do it 😊🍰
