My first sourdough loaf, fresh from the oven 🍞Flour on the counter, warm bread in the kitchen, and a whole lot of patience.
No fancy gadgets here, just water, flour, and a lot of faith. If you’re new to sourdough, here’s one thing I learned fast:✨ A 36-hour fridge proof is absolutely worth it. Cold fermentation slows everything down, allowing flavor to deepen while improving structure and scoring.
Good bread isn’t rushed, it’s rested. This loaf reminded me how simple ingredients can make something truly special. 🤎
