My name is Josephine Gene
After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I decided to look into cleaner cooking options, and I came across the idea of Sourdough. After baking for friends and family, I decided to grow my love of baking and Sourdough to offer others a chance at healthy but tasty bakery options. Sourdough is made with natural fermented yeast, which allows your gut to digest it without the bloating. Made up of only flour, salt and water, the simplest ingredients can give you the tastiest of inventions. A warm slice of bread made me feel both physically and mentally stronger, and I hope that I can share the same experience with you!!
