The fan favourite Blueberry Lemon Scones 😍 I'll be bringing more at this Saturday's Market in Centennial Park, Mission. I sold out before noon last time 👌 ... Let's see if I brought enough this time 😅

You asked for savory… so I started experimenting.

Introducing my first ever Stuffed Bagel Pocket 🥯🔥

Is it perfect yet? Nope.
Is it ridiculously delicious? Yup.

Crispy outside. Soft chewy bagel bite. Savory filling tucked inside.
Not final—but very promising.

Question is…
Would this be worth bringing to market days?

After last market, one thing became very clear — a lot of you stopped by looking for something to eat around lunch time…

So I’ve been in the kitchen testing something new.
I’m not letting anything slip until the bake is done 🤐
