I've been dreaming for a few years of doing a cake for Icing Smiles and this past weekend that dream came true when I delivered my first dream cake to a beautiful 16 year old girl in Edmonton. It was one of the biggest cakes I have ever done and thanks to my brilliant husband, it even defied gravity! Dream come true!! Hoping this is this is only the first.
