Update on September 29th, my good friend Carole has given me her stamp of approval on the gluten-free pie crust, yaaa now I can sell them on orders if anyone wants some 😊 just send me a private message!

I challenged myself to make a gluten-free pumpkin pie for a dear childhood friend who can only eat gluten-free. I sampled a little bit of the crust, and honestly, I think she’s going to love it—it turned out amazing! The real test, though, will be her reaction: “delicious” or “horrible.” We’ll see what she says! If it gets her seal of approval, I might just start taking orders for gluten-free pie crusts with any filling of choice. I’ll share her verdict in a few days! 😊
