RHUBARB SEASON IS HERE!

I’ve been baking up something special this weekend — Grandma’s Rhubarb Coffee Cake with brown sugar crumble, made completely gluten-free and baked in individual mini loaves!Fresh rhubarb picked right from my garden.

As someone who lives with celiac disease every single day, giving back to this community is something close to my heart.

The celiac community found me this year and I will never stop being grateful. It was so important to me to give back — so I was honoured to donate a gift certificate for 1 dozen decorated sugar cookies to the Manitoba Celiac Walk in support of the Manitoba Chapter of Celiac Canada.
