My favourite couple was back with another naughty cake request and once again they let me run with my roarsome idea for this anniversary cake 🥹🙌

I piped the T-sexes…errrrmmmm…..T-rexes out of chocolate!

The cake is a fluffy moist lemon cake with silky soft lemon Swiss meringue buttercream, a delicious fruity raspberry compote filling. The middle layer was soaked in my lemon syrup!

Happy anniversary to you naughty birds! I wish you many more roargasms together!

Time zippin on by and I completely gapped posting these überdelicious cuppies 🤤

So let’s discuss what we got here, shall we 🙃

These were death by chocolate and were they ever!!!! I posted a pic of the crumb cause
O👏 M👏G👏 That crumb was something else! The smell was the richest chocolate smell of all time! 👃 🍫 I worked in some high quality Belgian milk chocolate pieces that melted into the crumb, a nice salted caramel filling topped with the lightest, silkiest chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream of your life!!!! Are you drooling yet?

And of course topped with luxe sprinkles and a handmade gumpaste topper 🤩✨🤸‍♀️

Super fluffy and moist lemon blueberry cake with a delicious blueberry chutney filling and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream! This is such a light fresh flavour combo! Definitely giving the lemon raspberry a run for its money! 🍋

I made the pawty labs out of chocolate, same with the letters 🤩
