I've had a busy week dehydrating more fresh herbs, apples, lemon, green onions and garlic!

NEW PRODUCT ALERT!
Have you ever tried Vegan Dandelion Honey ??
This sweet syrup is a substitute for traditional honey from bees. Its made by foraging dandelions, making dandelion tea. Add some sugar then boil it down to a honey like texture. Although a tedious process i am absolutely amazed with the result!
I decided to also infuse some with peppers as a hot honey !
I will be adding these jars to the farmstand. Would make a lovely gift for a vegan friend !
