HIRING – LEAD MECHANIC
Full-Time Position
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Experienced Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will over see apprentices work, perform diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation.
What We Offer:

• Full-time, steady hours (shift hours can be discussed for those traveling or coming from out of town)

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day to day tasks, providing guidance, and assist in the training of apprentices
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate service records and work documentation
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
Qualifications:
• Proven mechanical experience (truck, trailer, or automotive preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Safety-first attitude and attention to detail
