last week we did our take on a viral dessert and made the Cinny’s Dot Cookie!🍪

as some of you know (and the others probably guessed it), we aren’t huuuge buttercream lovers over here so we opted in for our classic Cinny’s whipped icing on our classic brown butter vanilla dough and my oh my with the crunch of the sprinkles combined the light and fluffy icing🤩🤩🤩

ugh we loved this spontaneous little addition to our menu line up😋

Fibs Cafe quickly became a staple for us for afternoon sweet treats, morning matchas, coffee dates, and our go to celebration desserts. we fell in love with their pastries and stayed for the wonderful friends we made along the way!🫶🏽

cinny’s fav this weekend is BLUEBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE🫐🍋 because truly it’s been a whileeee since we had this one! and unforch it does seem like it’s going to rain all weekend so figured we needed something bright, fruity, and summeryyyy to keep the vibes up!😎☀️

A classic vanilla cookie, with our Signature cream icing (better than a classic buttercream...in my opinion🤭), topped with an insane amount of sprinkles for a perfect crunch!🙈
