Baby in Bloom cake

This 3-ingredient cookie crumble is dangerously easy-and so fun to make! All you need are 20 golden Oreos, 1 box of Jello powder, and ¼ cup of melted butter.

Crush the cookies into coarse crumbs (a food processor works great, or smash them in a ziplock with a rolling pin), mix in the Jello powder, then add the melted butter. Give it a few pulses to combine-just enough to keep that chunky, crumbly texture. Store in a ziplock bag in the fridge and it's ready whenever you are!

The best part? You can mix and match flavors however you like. Try lemon crème cookies with lemon Jello, or coconut cookies with lime Jello for a tropical twist. The possibilities are endless!

Use it on cookies, cakes, cupcakes-or dip strawberries in chocolate and then into this crumble for a fruity, crunchy treat!
