👋 Hey pals! I don’t know if y’all know, but since we opened our new shop here in Crown Point we are baking our bagels from scratch, daily! Mixing, rolling, proofing, boiling, baking, slicing - we do it all. It’s a big change from our tiny setup back at the market but it’s everything we’ve ever dreamed of 🌚🌜🌞.
Our bagels are our take on a NY style bagel (controversial!) - and are the perfect vehicle for our house-smoked salmon, lox, trout and schmears. Their crusts have a lil crunch, and a fluffy interior with the perfect amount of chew, iykyk. Sesame, plain, poppy and everything bagels are on the everyday line-up, on weekends we add cinnamon raisin and pumpernickel to the mix.
