My very first Gluten free sourdough!

Baked my very first loaf having never made sourdough before and it worked! It also tasted amazing!

I miss bread and so happy to now have this option !

This is celiac safe but not for a wheat allergy as it uses a flour that has deglutenized wheat starch

I love learning new gluten free recipes and having options as a celiac!

Thinking of offering this if there is enough interest!

Gluten friendly baguettes!

Yup I’m obsessed! These taste almost identical to the ones I used to love and miss!

Being diagnosed Celiac has been so damn hard but I am learning to adjust and pivot recipes to adapt them to gluten friendly

Let’s just say this one is on repeat! This is the 3rd time I’ve made them and love them! They are even better as garlic bread!

If there is enough interest I’d start to offer these!
