Hey market friends!! I had a few requests for Pancit and Filipino BBQ chicken so they will be back this week! And YES - Both dishes are gluten friendly! I'll also have gluten friendly Filipino Cassava cakes.
Any other Filipino dishes you want to try? Let me know and I'll try to make it happen 💜

I'll have my usual milk buns and cookie mixes (these contain gluten).

Have you ever had Filipino style BBQ?!
Filipino BBQ is sweet, savory, tangy, sticky and so GOOD!!! Its dishes like these that transport me right back to the Philippines 💜

BUT GUESS WHAT?! I've made this GLUTEN FRIENDLY!!! I've searched high and low and tested ALL the sauces to make this authentic Filipino BBQ sauce! I've been wanting to bring this to the market for TWO years!! Catch me in the MAIN building at New Glasgow Farmers Market 9am-1pm.

Thank you to everyone that came by to any of our THREE markets this weekend. Some of you were saw more than once, and are so incredibly grateful!!!

I didn't want to cook dinner tonight but our friends from Merigomish Schoolhouse Farmers Market gave us the most beautiful fish, so I cooked up something quick and easy.
