I know it’s been quiet around here lately — life has been a little wild behind the scenes! Thank you all for your patience.

✨I’m Back! Fresh Sourdough is Coming Your Way!

It’s finally time—I’m back to baking! I’ll be opening up orders this Wednesday, March 19th, and your fresh sourdough will be ready for pickup on Saturday, March 22nd, or Sunday, March 23rd.

Stay tuned for the order form and get ready for that homemade, fresh-baked goodness! I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and bake for you all again.

Dear Valued Customers 🌾,

It is with a heavy heart that I have to put a pause on my sourdough baking journey—for now. Our trusty 15-year-old oven has started to struggle with holding its temperature, nearly doubling the bake time for everything. As much as I wish I could keep pushing through, I want to ensure that every loaf, every bite, and every creation I share with you is up to the standard you deserve.

This isn’t goodbye! It is simply a pause while we work in getting a new oven. Please keep an eye on Facebook because I absolutely cannot wait to get back to baking and sharing my sourdough with every single one of you. Your support has meant the world to me, and I’m so grateful for this incredible community.

See you soon, and until then—keep enjoying all the good bread life has to offer!

C’est le cœur lourd que je dois mettre une pause à mon aventure de boulangerie au levain… pour le moment. Notre fidèle four de 15 ans commence à ne plus tenir sa température, ce qui double presque le temps de cuisson de chaque fournée. Aussi frustrant que cela soit, je veux m’assurer que chaque pain, chaque bouchée et chaque création que je partage avec vous soit à la hauteur de vos attentes.

Mais ce n’est pas un au revoir mais un à bientôt pendant que nous travaillons sur l’achât d’un nouveau four ! Gardez un œil sur Facebook, car j’ai hâte de reprendre la boulange et de partager à nouveau mon pain avec chacun d’entre vous. Votre soutien a été une source de motivation incroyable, et je suis tellement reconnaissante pour cette belle communauté.
