Happy May Long!

Some people don't know this but I suffered a rare spinal cord stroke which left me unable to even sit up. I have spent the last 3 months doing intense rehab at the hospital but I am home now and I am up and walking with a walker!

The second half of my rehabilitation starts at home and everyone who knows me knows that I will make baking part of my therapy. I will share pictures of my baking therapy journey with you until I am ready to take orders again 😊
