Hey everyone! I just wanted to jump on here and share a little more about me and my mission ♡

I’ve spent roughly 15 years in the kitchen, practicing and experimenting with different gluten-free flours and methods. I’ve lived with Celiac disease for the majority of my life, so I truly understand how important food is—not just for enjoyment, but for protecting our health and quality of life while staying gluten-free and celiac safe.

I have a strong understanding of food safety and cross-contamination. My kitchen is 100% gluten-free, with zero gluten present in the baking process. All ingredients used are strictly gluten-free, with no “may contain” warnings.

If you have any special requests, please feel free to reach out! I started with cookie boxes, but I have a wide range of baking skills and would love to create some gluten-free deliciousness for you or your loved ones ♡

Did a little testing and fine tuning in the kitchen today. These snickerdoodle/cinnamon roll cookies were the perfect amount of cinnamon and sweetness!🤤

Whipped up a new batch of butter tart bars today! My fave 😍

Still squeezing in a few more cookie orders for tomorrow 🫶

Just baked up a special request ~ lemon crinkle cookies✨️🍋 Sweet and fresh, with just a little zing to these wee babies! 😏

These guys are a bit smaller than my usual cookies, so one box will include 12 of them.💛
