Gabriola 'Cookie Corner'

Cinnamon buns are ready to ice ( yummy) and will be in the Cookie cabinet by 9:30 this morning. Strawberries are showing up in the garden and today I've made fresh strawberry lemon mini cakes and Cherry mini cakes. Take a fork, find a log, and enjoy.

The cookie Corner will be closed today and maybe tomorrow so that I can spend time showing this beautiful island to our out of town guests.

After stopping at the General store and enjoying pickle fries from the Lil pickle truck ( my fav ) and other food truck options, stop by for a little dessert at the Cookie Corner.

Today is a very special day on Gabriola Island, and I'm looking forward to visiting as many vendors today as possible. But first I need to finish baking and decorating a large variety of cookies and cakes. Hope to see you at the Cookie Corner.

Fortunately I will be spending a few very special days with family 😊👪, unfortunately I won't be baking from May 6 until May13th. 👩‍🍳🍪🌷

Today is a very busy baking morning, I hope you enjoy the variety. Chocolate & nut dipped peanut butter and honey, Raspberry coconut mini cakes, Glazed Lemon crackle... Just to name a few.
