Grab some of our special Holiday Herb Rolls for your Christmas dinner! These brioche rolls have a lovely addition of fresh sage, thyme, and rosemary with a touch of flaked sea salt. Available in packs of six tomorrow, Tuesday December 23rd only at Nature Spirit Earth Market. We will also be delivering all of our regular treats and breads along with extra Cinnamon Buns and Chocolate Babka loaves for you to enjoy.

Take note of our Holiday Hours over the next two weeks: Baking and delivery to stores on Tuesday, December 23rd and Tuesday, December 30th only. Then back to our regular Wednesday and Friday schedule in the new year.

Don’t miss this decadent treat packed with rum soaked fruit and nuts and filled with marzipan. It is available now at Nature Spirit, or for pickup at the bakery (with an advance order). You can also find it along with many other seasonal baked goods at one of our Holiday Markets. Mark your calendars - the first one is tomorrow!

This week we will NOT be baking on Friday. 😔

However we will be baking extra bread and treats on Wednesday including a few things we usually only make on Fridays such as Red Fife Multigrain loaves and Cinnamon Buns. 🥰

Make sure you stock up on Wednesday to make it through till next week when we will be back to our regular schedule. Thanks all!

Nothing says cozy like some fresh bread with jam in front of a warm wood stove!

Summer market season has come to a close and we are settling in to our Winter schedule with bake days on Wednesdays and Fridays only. We're appreciating a bit of a sleep-in on Saturdays, while also celebrating one of our busiest summers yet! Thank you all for your support and love of wholesome sourdough bread.

Catch our sourdough bread, Bavarian pretzels, cookies, Nanaimo bars, and of course donuts and fritters at the Wednesday Night Market tonight from 4-6pm at Agi Hall.

Note: Eden and Harper will NOT be at the Wednesday market next week so stop by early this afternoon to get your donut fix.

Stock up on bread and treats tomorrow and Saturday as we will not be baking next week! Slow Rise will be closed July 23, 25, and 26 inclusive.

We'll be back at it on Wednesday, July 30th stocking shelves at Nature Spirit, Island Meat & Deli, and Page's Lil Market. And don't forget to visit Eden and Harper at the Wednesday Night Market that evening with lots of goods on offer including donuts. From there it will be a regular schedule for the remainder of the summer.

Eden and her brother Harper are excited to bring Slow Rise Bakery to the Wednesday Night Market this summer! They will be making an assortment of treats (including donuts!), bread, and other goodies. The market runs from 4-6pm at Agi Hall. Arrive early as quantities will be limited!

Our daughter's high school graduation is on Wednesday so we are baking today instead! Fresh deliveries of bread and treats to both Nature Spirit and Island Meat and Deli before 1pm.

We will not be baking on Wednesday this week so make sure to grab what you need today to make it until our next bake on Friday.
