Every celebration has its own colour palette, favourite flowers, and little details that make it personal. Being trusted to turn those inspirations into buttercream blooms is something I never take for granted.

If you’ve been following along with us over the last couple of years or have been part of our community for a while, then you already know that every summer we host one of our favourite event series — Craft & Snack! ✨🍰

Throughout the summer, we invite talented local artists and creators out to the park to teach their craft during fun evening workshops… and of course, there’s always snacks involved!

We host one Craft & Snack each month during a weekday evening, and we are SO excited to announce our very first workshop of the 2026 season Craft N' Snack: Vintage Cake Decorating Workshop ft. Lennon Cake Co. happening June 11 from 6PM–8PM!

This year’s first workshop will be hosted by the incredibly talented Mackalee — Owner, Baker, and Designer behind Lennon Cake Co ! Last year, Mackalee’s cake decorating workshop was our most sought-after and fastest selling Craft & Snack event of the season, and we’re beyond excited to bring it back again this year! 🎂

During this workshop, Mackalee will teach you how to expertly decorate your own gorgeous cake step-by-step. It was such a fun, creative, and welcoming evening last year, and the best part? You leave with a beautiful AND delicious cake to take home and enjoy afterwards! Honestly… what could be better than that? 💕

Come out to the park to work with your hands, learn a new skill, enjoy delicious snacks (all provided by us!), and spend a relaxing evening creating with community.
